At SSV Fashion Collection, we are committed to providing quality products to our customers.
Returns
Returns are accepted *only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight color or size variations may occur due to photography or screen differences.
To request a return:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share clear open package videos showing the damaged or defective product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Size-related issues
- Color preference
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Any reason other than a damaged or defective product
Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as a store credit (as applicable) within 5–7 business days.
