- Tags and original packaging are intact
A return request is raised within 7 days of deliver.

Items bought on final sale or with heavy discounts
3. Size Exchange Policy
Size exchange is available for most products. If the size you need is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund as per your preference.

- We’ll arrange a pickup or guide you to ship the product back
- Once received and quality-checked, refund or exchange will be processed
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection. Payment will be credited to your original mode or as store credit, as opted.
